Krystal Frost is a long time resident of Puerto Vallarta.  Graduate of the University of Guadalajara, and specialized in cosmetic acupuncture at Bastry University in Washington State.  She is the owner of Body & Sol for over 15 years where she practices traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture,  massage therapy, yoga and nutritional counseling.  She is also co owner and creator of Organic Select Mexico dedicated to growing and distribution of local goods and products from the on line store.

Krystal has created wellness programs for individuals, retreats and spas.
